Okay you know what? I’m done with only having the internet as a shopping destination. I want to get cute, walk out into the world, touch things with my hands, carry them around the store for an hour, and then have to decide between rent and new, gorgeous clothes. Don’t get me STARTED on this gorgeous place. I love it, and I mean love it. A plus size consignment store, it’s a great option for shopping sustainably through trades. You shouldn’t be surprised to come across killer finds from most popular brands, often tags-on or very lightly worn. It’s cute, trendy, and a plus-sized owned business. We love supporting plus size business folks, right? Get over there!
2. Unique Vintage

Who doesn’t love a vintage, classic glamour moment? Look no further than Unique Vintage. The perfect combination of classy and timeless with a modern edge, Unique Vintage has been a destination for plus size glamour seekers for a long time! I even got my prom dress there. They carry through a 5x, and have well-made pieces. A must stop on my list of where to go for the best plus size shopping!
3. Proud Mary Fashion
5335 N Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90042
Babes, are you looking for a place where you can find t-shirts casually referencing your mental illness, your distaste for the male gaze, and your desire to be left alone at almost all times? Please, for the love, go to Proud Mary Fashion. Not only is it the perfect destination for the everyday edgy plus gal, it’s a treasure trove of 70s vintage finds. Get there and get there fast.
4. rue21
6000 Sepulveda Blvd Space J 3470, Culver City, CA 90230
Okay friends, this is the one for the super trendy babe who’s looking to keep up with the cutting edge of fashion. It’s affordable, modern, trendy, and carries their plus sizes in the stores in malls! I believe they recently launched quite a few in person options across the US, so check it out if you’re feeling called. One note, they only carry up to a size 24.
5. Torrid

I mean, do I really need to go into detail here? Torrid has been holding it down for the plus babes for longer than almost anyone else. With great in person options for basics, trendy pieces, undergarments, and everything to satisfy the fangirl and fanboy in you – Torrid is an absolute classic. Is there plus size shopping without Torrid? Nah.
6. Lane Bryant

Lane Bryant is a great option for classic, staple, timeless basics and lasting options. When you’re in doubt about finding something that will “work” for the interview, the classy brunch, the family reunion, the first foray back to the office after a year and a half in leggings – Lane Bryant is your destination. 7. Anthropologie

We love Anthro and they within the last two years have expanded + launched their plus size line. The only location in Los Angeles that carries their plus size line in store is now the Century City Westfield mall location. I had an amazing experience shopping in store and loved the super helpful staff. Anthropologie is perfect if you’re looking to spend $100+ on really gorgeous plus pieces! If you visit this location make sure to have lunch at Early and go over to Nordstrom (which now carries plus sizes in store! Their BP section goes up to 4X in store + online)
