It’s mad important to me to support woman in business because it’s historically difficult to be a bossed up, independent, powerful woman. I’m so proud of being a boss. Women work harder for the same respect as men and we’re still paid less, called bitches and not seen in the same way a male would be. I will continue to fight to change that and shatter any glass ceilings. Women can be sexy, dope, creative, and bossed up. We don’t have to be one or the other. We can have it all, I refuse to believe otherwise.

Half the battle can be trying to dress for success. Historically, options for plus size women in business have been absolutely dismal. Have you ever tried to find anything other than stuffy blouses with neck ties, florals, polka dots, and ill fit trousers for a plus size person? It’s like a treasure hunt. We need to get creative and own our space. This killer white dress made me feel like a CEO cruising into the boardroom to the sound of hushed voices and open mouths. Take it all in, babes. I’m the boss here.
